Event Coverage
When planning a special event, it is hard to do everything at once. It is impossible to be a host, caterer and entertainer and then expect yourself to be the official photographer of the event too! Why try to wear so many hats and juggle so many things when you can relieve the stress and have someone capture the special memories for you? Just add me to your guest list and I'll be the one with the camera!
You will receive as many high-resolution photos on CD or DVD as I can take in the allotted time period. Because you have the digital negatives you can make as many prints as you wish or use them in future advertising. In addition I will upload the photos to a password-protected website so you may share your images with other attendees. I can also arrange so that they can order prints and photo gifts if you so desire.
The cost of event coverage is $75.00 Per Hour (minimum of 1 hour) for personal, non-profit and educational organization events and $100.00 per hour (minimum of 1 hour) for corporate events. The fee includes travel to the venue, as many images as I can capture during the agreed upon time period, creation of your CD or DVD and uploading of the images to your password-protected website.
