Congratulations on your engagement!

Finding someone you can trust to capture all of the magical moments of your wedding day is one of the most important decisions when planning your wedding. I will work with you and your budget to ensure that all of the cherished memories of your special day are preserved.

If you are newly engaged, don't delay in contacting me about booking your wedding photography if your wedding date is in 2008. My availability is quickly becoming limited (especially for July and August). I'd be more than happy to meet with you in person at your earliest convenience to discuss my packages in further detail and to answer any questions you may have. I look forward to being a part of your special day and in assisting you in crossing one more item off of your "I Do!" List :)

All wedding packages include:

photographic coverage of your special day at unlimited locations throughout the day (typically 200-300 images are captured per hour)
all retouched photos (digital negatives) are provided to you on your choice of CD or DVD so you can use your preferred photo processing service to make as many copies of your photos as you wish and at the sizes you require
an online password protected photo gallery showcasing 100 of your wedding images so you can share them with family and friends and so they can order their own prints and gifts, allowing you to relax and enjoy married life!
a DVD slideshow set to music displaying up to 400 of your wedding images - This is perfect for gathering everyone around the tv and showing the highlights of your special day - DVDs are personalized with a special label and come in a personalized DVD case.
a professionally designed hard cover coffee table book containing images from your wedding day - The book will provide the story of your special day in a very unique way and is much preferred to the traditional albums containing prints - the book's front and back covers are personalized as well as the spine - No prints to make, no organizing an album - Let me do the work for you and enjoy a professional looking treasure filled with memories! (size and number of pages depend on package selected)
a set of enlargements so you and your parents and loved ones have something for a frame right away!
a number of other items are offered in select packages such as engagement photo shoots and parent albums

Other Information:

All photographs taken by Tammi Hayne (not an associate or a combination of photographer and associate) so the coverage of your wedding is uniform and in the unique style Tammi is known for. Your photos should tell a story of your wedding day from beginning to end which is best achieved through the vision of one person.
A deposit of $150.00 and the signing of a contract is required to officially book photographic coverage of your wedding day. “Holds” on dates are not permitted and availability is based on a “first come, first serve” basis (therefore the first couple to sign a contract and pay the retainer deposit will secure the date). Upon payment of the initial deposit and signing of the contract, wedding photography services for your wedding are considered booked and confirmed.
The deposit is non-refundable if the wedding is for any reason cancelled.
30 days prior to your wedding, half of the remaining balance is due.
On your wedding day the final remaining balance is due.
Travel included for locations within the Halifax Regional Municipality. All areas beyond the HRM will be charged a travel rate of 0.40 per kilometer (to and from the location).
If photographic coverage is required until 10:00pm and the location is not within two hour’s drive of the Halifax Regional Municipality, private overnight accommodation is required.
It is understood that the photographer is the exclusive photographer for the event but will allow others (amateur photographers such as family and friends) to take photos as long as it does not interfere with the photographer’s ability to capture images or work within the time constraints of the clients’ package.
For photographic coverage which includes a reception where a meal will be served, it would be appreciated if the photographer be included in seating arrangements and a meal provided, if possible. At the very least, a chair reserved in the room as photos are not typically taken of guests/wedding party during food service.
The photographer maintains shared rights to the images in order to use them for future promotional/portfolio purposes including print and web advertising.
